With more than 30 years of experience in a variety of human service, educational and counseling settings, Anne brings firsthand knowledge and a deeply rooted passion for social work to her role as executive director.
Though it is her responsibility to oversee the financial and administrative functions of every program at HSS, it is the success of those programs that drives her.
Whether it is the supportive and supervised residential program for adults with disabilities and serious mental illness, or one of the outpatient mental health and substance use services, she is frequently on site, listening to her team and responding to clients' needs.
In her past roles as a director of clinical services and chief program officer at agencies like St. Vincent Home for Children and Hoyleton Youth and Family Services, Anne honed her skills as a collaborator and change-maker.
Since being named executive director of HSS in 2017, Anne has strengthened community partnerships, established new relationships and initiated new programs that build on the strengths of the HSS staff and clients.
